Overview
How we turn a hall between shows
Exhibition halls usually give a cleaner one window: an overnight after move-out or a closed weekend before the next load-in. Crews start once the venue releases the floor and work only the areas named in the written quote.
Large sealed and concrete floors get a ride-on scrubber. Carpeted aisles are vacuumed with HEPA vacuums and spot-extracted where crates and foot traffic have packed grit into the fibres. Walkways along the booth line are cleared of case marks and move-out debris. Dock sweeping follows the same routine as our warehouse cleaning, framed around event loading rather than racking.
Booth interiors, exhibitor carpet, rigging, lighting and show electrical normally stay with the show contractor. Active forklift lanes stay clear until you release them. Send the hall plan, move-out schedule, flooring details and next load-in time, and we scope the quote around the hours you actually have. We take venue work in each of the cities we serve.

A big open floor, handed over on a clock
An indoor rink during a post-construction clean: a large open floor, boards, glass and rubber walkways, all with a fixed handover. An exhibition hall asks for the same planning, with clear areas, a start time and a finish time.

Questions about exhibition centre cleaning
We work the hours the venue releases, and an overnight after move-out is the most common. A same-day flip only works if the floor is empty and the docks are not still receiving crates. Give us the load-out end time at the walkthrough and we plan the pass around it.
Only if you write them in. We clean the hall, the aisle carpet and the floor beside the booth line. Occupied booths and exhibitor carpet stay with the exhibitor or the general service contractor.
Docks are optional. Add them at the walkthrough so the quote matches the floor you want done. Live dock doors stay untouched until you release them. For a site that is mostly docks and racking, see warehouse cleaning.
Yes. Most exhibition work is overnight or on a closed weekend. Before the first night we need the alarm procedure, the staff door or dock to use, and a named person on site who releases the floor.
Light work, yes. A day porter can cover washroom and concourse checks while the doors are open, and that scope is agreed in the quote. Machine floor work waits until the floor is released after close. Busy public concourses get the same treatment as in shopping mall cleaning.
