Exhibition Centre Cleaning

Exhibition halls often have only an overnight or weekend window between move-out and the next load-in. Everest provides exhibition centre cleaning services designed around these tight turnaround times, helping get the venue clean and ready for the next event.

Once the floor is released, our crews get to work. Large concrete and sealed floors can be cleaned with commercial ride-on scrubbers, while carpeted aisles are vacuumed and spot-extracted where heavy foot traffic has worked dirt into the fibres. We also clean booth-adjacent walkways where cases, displays, and equipment can leave marks during move-out.

Loading docks can be included as a separate part of the cleaning scope. Our teams sweep floors, collect loose debris, banding and stretch wrap, and clean areas affected by forklift traffic. Dumpster corrals and compactors can also be included when required.

For safety, cleaning begins after the venue releases each area, and active forklift lanes remain clear until they are available for our crews. Our work focuses on the agreed venue areas. Occupied booth interiors, exhibitor-owned carpet, rigging, lighting, and show-management electrical equipment normally remain with the appropriate event contractor.
