Construction and renovation work leaves behind dust, debris, and residue. As a result, we clean new builds and renovated commercial spaces so they’re ready for occupancy, from a single-suite renovation to a full commercial build.
Our services include:
- Debris and trash removal: We clear construction debris, packaging, and leftover supplies, so the space is ready for final touches.
- Dust and dirt removal: We dust and vacuum walls, ceilings, floors, and trim to clear fine construction dust.
- Floor care: We sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring. In addition, we offer floor buffing, polishing, and carpet shampooing for stains or residue.
- Window and glass cleaning: We clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors streak-free, including removal of stickers, paint splatter, and construction residue.
- Surface cleaning: We wipe down countertops, shelves, cabinets, and fixtures to clear construction dust and debris.
- Restroom and kitchen cleaning: We deep clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
- Vent and duct cleaning: We also clean vents, ducts, and HVAC systems to clear construction dust from air circulation.
- Final touches: Finally, we clean and polish baseboards, trim, light fixtures, and hardware for a finished look.

Post-construction cleaning questions
We start once the trades are off the floor and you give us the handover. Most sites book the same night or the next morning, so occupancy walks into clean VCT, not last week's sanding dust.
Yes. Fine drywall dust on VCT and racking is the core of this quotation. We HEPA-vac beams and shelves, then wipe the film trades leave on vinyl tile. However, a broom-only pass doesn't count.
Yes. Sticker and tape pull is in the quotation: floor stickers, window film, and painter tape on glass and VCT. However, we don't grind adhesive that needs a floor restorer unless you add that scope.
If dumpster coordination is in scope, we stage bags and book the haul with your site contact. Otherwise, we leave debris stacked and labeled for your hauler.
No. We clean after the trades leave. We don't hang drywall, paint, or finish a renovation. Instead, call us when construction is done and the punch-list is a dust and residue job.
