When a commercial space changes hands, whether it’s an office suite, retail unit, or warehouse bay, someone needs to clean it before the next tenant moves in. We handle the turnover clean for landlords, property managers, and outgoing or incoming tenants.

- Deep cleaning of all rooms: We dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down every room, so the space is ready for the next occupant.

- Cabinet and storage cleaning: We wipe down the inside of cabinets, drawers, and storage areas, so they’re ready for use.
- Appliance cleaning: We clean ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves inside and out.
- Trash and debris removal: Finally, we remove leftover trash, debris, and packing materials before handover.

Yes. Send us the inspection notes, and we take those items first: scuffed baseboards, sticky drawers, a leftover fridge, and marks on glass doors. However, if something is a dent or broken hardware, we flag it, because a cloth won't fix that.
Yes, when they are in the quotation. For example, if the lease names the fridge, stove, or microwave, we wipe the interiors. We also empty and wipe cabinets and drawers. However, we don't restock food or run a tenant's leftover ice maker.
