Hotel Common Area & Event Space Cleaning
Everest works alongside your housekeeping team, focusing on the commercial and public areas of the hotel rather than daily guest-room turnover. Our hotel cleaning services can cover lobbies, public restrooms, guest-room corridors, elevator landings, stairwells, meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and other shared areas.
Corridor cleaning includes vacuuming or mopping based on the flooring, along with attention to high-touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, railings, and other frequently used fixtures. We also address tracked-in dirt and everyday wear across carpets and high-traffic areas.
Meeting and banquet rooms can be cleaned after events, including floors, tables, chairs, and surrounding public spaces. Back-of-house service can also include staff corridors, break rooms, and loading areas when included in the cleaning plan.
Our standard scope does not include guest-room turnover, bed making, in-room bathrooms, minibar restocking, hotel linen services, commercial kitchen hoods, or pool-water maintenance. These remain with your housekeeping team or specialized service providers unless separately arranged.

No. Guest-room turnover is housekeeping. We clean the corridor outside the rooms, the lobby, and the meeting space. Room interiors are out of this quotation.
Yes, after catering clears. We do tables, chairs, and the floor. We do not wash the banquet kitchen or pack rental china. If the room is still set for a morning session, we skip it until you release it.
We schedule corridor machine work for after the rush, usually evening. A light daytime pass on spills is possible. We do not park a scrubber in a full elevator lobby at 4 p.m.
Staff corridors, the break room, and the receiving area you release. Offices, the cash office, and engineering shops stay out unless you add them.
