No. Store interiors stay with each tenant. Our quotation is the common concourse, food court public seating, washrooms, and entrance glass unless you add a specific suite.
Porter work is spills, tables, washrooms, and trash while the mall is open. After hours is machine floor care, mat extraction, and the glass pass. They are two schedules, not one crew doing both by default.
On a porter shift we cycle the seating as it empties. We do not wipe around people still eating. After hours we reset the whole court, including the floor under the tables.
Overnight is the full wash. A daytime porter can spot-clean doors that are unusable from fingerprints. A dedicated midday glass pass is an add-on if the vestibule is a problem by lunch.
