Porter by day, floor machines after close
A mall needs a porter while it is open and floor machines once it is closed, so our shopping mall cleaning programs run both. A day porter and shift cleaning crew handles spills, washroom checks, food-court tables and waste removal. After close, crews run ride-on scrubbers across the concourse, extract entrance mats and wash the glass, with larger jobs booked as window cleaning.
Heavy machine work waits until after hours, so walkways stay open to shoppers.
The scope is the common areas: concourses, food-court seating, public washrooms and entrance glass. Tenant interiors, food-court kitchens, grease hoods and mall office suites are separate lines, quoted only when you add them. Tenants can book retail cleaning services for their own units.
We build the schedule around your opening hours, traffic, floor types and food-court layout. Atrium ledges and light fixtures are a high dusting job on a visit of its own.

Holiday traffic and wet entrances
From November to January, food courts and entrances take the heaviest traffic of the year, and wet weather follows shoppers through the doors. Crews extract entrance mats after close, remove salt stains where road salt is used, and clean the first stretch of floor inside each door.
The day porter checks those entrances through the day, because a wet vestibule is a slip risk by lunch.
