Gym cleaning that works around your classes
Our gym cleaning services follow your timetable. Studio work waits for the last class, and locker rooms are reset when they are closed or empty. Members touch the same things all day, so equipment handles, bench pads, consoles, door handles and drinking fountains get the most attention.
Floor care changes by area. Studio floors, cardio zones, weight rooms and rubber flooring each need their own method, and our crews bring ride-on scrubbers and HEPA vacuums where the floor size calls for them. When a floor needs refinishing instead of cleaning, we strip and wax gym floors during a planned closure.
The standard scope covers workout areas, studios, locker rooms, washrooms, floors and common areas. Towel laundry and pool or spa water maintenance are not included.

Winter
The January rush
New memberships start in the first weeks of January, and the busiest rooms show it first. Locker rooms and washrooms take the load, so a mid-day washroom pass is worth adding to the schedule. Rubber flooring and entrance mats carry wet boots in all winter. Our crews clean entrance mats and remove salt stains, and in Vancouver the job is wet entrances more than salt.
A free site assessment before the new year gets crews onto your timetable sooner. A day porter covers the peaks, and day porter and shift cleaning extends to evenings. Worn floors can be refinished with strip and wax before the rush.

Studio work waits until the room is empty. If you give us a closed studio between classes, we use that slot. The usual start is after the last class in each room, and an empty lunchtime studio can take a midday mop when it is on the schedule.
A light restock of an empty stall is possible. The full shower and floor reset waits until the room is closed or empty after hours. Your written quote says which locker rooms get which visit, so nobody changes around a mop bucket.
Handles, benches, pads and consoles are wiped with the product agreed at the walkthrough. Screens get a damp cloth rather than a spray. Strength floors and rubber flooring are mopped after the wipe-down. Add disinfection services if you want them.
