Commercial Deep Cleaning Services
Commercial deep cleaning is a one-time or seasonal detail pass on an occupied office or business space: high dust, glass, floors and the corners routine visits skip.
- One-time or seasonal
- After-hours crews
Overview
A detail pass on a space you still use
A deep clean covers what the nightly or weekly visit does not reach: dust on cabinet tops and ceiling vents, smudged partition glass, grime along baseboards and floor edges, and residue built up in kitchenettes and washrooms. Your regular crew keeps surfaces tidy. This visit resets them.
Somebody works in the space, or will on Monday. That separates it from move-in and move-out cleaning, which is for vacant suites, and from post-construction cleaning, which follows a build. Nothing here is empty or newly built. It is a working office that needs a reset.
Book it once, or on a seasonal cycle, alongside office cleaning or on its own. Everest is CIMS certified, our crews are background-checked, and we are licensed and insured.
What's included
What a commercial deep clean covers
-
High dusting and vents
Cabinet tops, light fittings and ceiling vents, reached by ladder or lift. Taller jobs go to our high dusting crews.
-
Partition glass and fixtures
Interior glass, door glass and fixtures wiped by hand, edge to edge.
-
Floor deep clean
Ride-on scrubbers and HEPA vacuums on hard floors, extraction on carpet, and floor edges by hand.
-
Kitchenette and washroom detail
Grout, taps, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors and the build-up behind dispensers.
-
High-touch areas
Door handles, light switches and shared equipment, with electrostatic disinfection when you ask for it.
-
Add-ons
In-house window cleaning, air duct and HVAC vent cleaning and exterior pressure washing can join the same visit.
Your written quote lists the areas and the visit length. Floor refinishing is quoted separately under strip and wax.
When to book
When a deep clean makes sense
-
A new cleaning provider
Start the contract from a reset, so the routine that follows begins on a clean baseline.
-
After winter
Slush and grit work into floors and entrance mats all season. A spring pass gets them out.
-
Before an inspection or event
Give us the date and we work back from it, so the space is ready on the day.
-
Seasonal breaks
Schools and colleges can book around winter and spring breaks. Government offices can book ahead of year-end.

Winter
The post-winter and January reset
Offices reopen in January after weeks of tracked-in grit, and the corners show it. A deep clean then, or once the thaw comes, resets carpet, hard floors and the spots a daily crew cannot reach. Our winter floor care guide covers the floor side.
Campuses and public buildings run the same cycle. See school cleaning and government building cleaning.
Recent work
Glass partitions, cleaned by ladder
Partition glass is one of the detail jobs a nightly pass tends to leave for a deep clean. This photo is from a real office job, with a crew member working a glass wall from a ladder.

Commercial deep cleaning questions
Quick answers before you book.
A commercial deep clean covers high dust, vents, partition glass, floor edges and detail work in kitchenettes and washrooms, plus machine work on the floors. Disinfection of high-touch areas, window cleaning and vent cleaning can be added. Your written quote lists every area, so you know the scope before we start.
Regular service is the recurring pass: bins, desks, washrooms and floors on a set rotation. A deep clean is a periodic detail pass on top of that, aimed at the surfaces a routine visit leaves alone. You can book the two together or separately. See our office cleaning service for the recurring side.
It depends on floor area, floor types, how much high work there is and how much of the space we can clear. We set the visit length at the free site assessment and put it in your written quote. A small suite and a multi-floor office will not take the same time.
Yes. A deep clean can be a single visit or a seasonal booking, and we send a written quote within 1 business day. Evening, overnight and weekend crews can work around your staff, so the space is back in use when you need it.
No. Move-in and move-out cleaning is for vacant suites, and post-construction cleaning follows a build. A commercial deep clean is for premises that are occupied and in use, where the job is detail work rather than turnover or construction cleanup.
Everest cleans in 120+ cities across Canada, with local desks in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Kitchener–Guelph–Hamilton and Winnipeg. Send the building address with your request, and the written quote confirms who covers that location and when.
Tell us what to reset
Send the address, the floor area, the areas you want reset and the date you are aiming for. If we need to see the space first, the site assessment is free.
