Senior Care Living / Hospice Cleaning Services
Senior care and hospice facilities need consistent, careful cleaning to support resident health and comfort. Our cleaning covers shared spaces, resident rooms, and high-touch areas on a schedule built around your facility’s routine. These are occupied spaces around the clock, so cleaning has to work around residents, visitors, and care staff rather than waiting for the building to empty out. Shared spaces like dining rooms, lounges, and hallways see steady foot traffic through the day, and high-touch points like handrails, door handles, and call buttons get attention more than once on a normal visit. Rooms are cleaned with residents’ routines in mind, not on a fixed clock that ignores what’s happening inside them.
Our services include:
- Infection control: High-touch areas and shared spaces are cleaned and disinfected on a regular schedule
- Odor management: Deodorizing treatments are used to keep shared spaces fresh.
- Sensitive cleaning products: We use cleaning products suited to a senior care environment.
- Resident room cleaning: Resident rooms are cleaned on a regular schedule, including surfaces and bed linens.
- Restroom sanitation: Restroom facilities are deep cleaned and disinfected.
- Custom maintenance plans: Your cleaning schedule is built around your facility’s routine and specific needs.
- Laundry services: Linens and towels are washed on a regular schedule.
- High-traffic area disinfection: Hallways, lobbies, and common areas are cleaned and disinfected.
- Window and glass cleaning: Windows and glass partitions are cleaned regularly.
- Emergency cleanup: Rapid-response cleaning is available for accidents or spills.
Send us your facility’s details and we’ll put together a plan and a quote.
Senior living and hospice cleaning questions
After the last meal or activity in that room, and after quiet hours on the corridor. If people are still in the lounge, we start in dining or the corridor and come back.
Only if scoped in the quotation and a supervisor walks us in. Default is common rooms and corridors. Personal items stay put. A shut door or a family at the bedside means we skip that room.
Vacuum and mop wait until the corridor is clear. During quiet hours we skip noisy machines in the hallways, or we use a quieter pass you already approved. Hospice units often want a slower afternoon pass when the hallway is empty.
We work somewhere else. We do not clean around a bedside visit.
No. This is commercial housekeeping of shared rooms. We do not provide nursing support, medical cleaning, or clinical infection-control programs.
