Daily coverage is the close-of-day pass: desks, washrooms, kitchenettes, trash, and high-touch points such as door handles and light switches. Weekly work goes deeper on floors and glass. Monthly visits pick up the detail jobs a nightly crew skips: high dust, vents, partition glass. Shift coverage follows the tenant’s occupancy, day porter, evening, overnight, or weekend, when a single nightly slot would miss occupied floors.
- Recurring cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and phones.
- Restroom sanitization: Toilets, sinks, and mirrors are cleaned and disinfected, and supplies are restocked.

Yes. Kitchenettes — counters, sinks, microwave exteriors, floors — and washrooms — stalls, sinks, restock if scoped — are in the quotation. We do not restock a cafe or run a dishwasher unless you ask.
Two different passes. Weekday dust is desks, sills, and common-area wipe. Nightly trash is bins, liners, and the chute. We do not mix them unless the quotation says so. A dust night is not a trash night unless both are written in.
